Davido wins Best African Artiste at the 1st ever Channel R World Music Awards 2022
Nigerian singer, Davido has won Best African Artiste at the 1st ever Channel R World Music Awards 2022.

The Omo Baba Olowo crooner beat Wizkid, Burna Boy and others to clinch the award.
According to the list, Davido scored 38%, Wizkid 29%, Black Coffee scored 14%, Burna Boy scored 10%, and Fireboy DML scored 9%.

Earlier today, superstar singer, Ayo Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, declared his love for his colleagues, Burna Boy and Davido.
He said, “I want to tell you tonight, Starboy, I gat love for Burna Boy, I gat love for Davido.”
