“He was my best friend” – Tania Omotayo speaks on relationship with Wizkid (Video)

Popular entrepreneur, Tania Omotayo has opened up on her past relationship with multiple award-winning Singer, Wizkid Ayo Balogun.

The duo were in a romantic relationship for five years; between 2011 to 2016. Their relationship however hit the rocks after the singer impregnated his second baby mama.

Speaking with Chude Jideonwo, Tania Omotayo said she used to be Best-friends with Wizkid.

When asked if she actually had a good moment in the relationship, the socialite gave a positive response and went on to make a brief explanation.

“It lasted a few years. 5 years or so. We went our separate ways.

“We were young and he was becoming a global superstar. There is no way that we wouldn’t have had issues that would not have been possible.

“I was happy. That was my best friend,” she said.

On being referred to as Wizkid’s ex, she conceded that it’s nothing to be shy about because it definitely part of her life story.
