Chelsea put their disappointing tour of the USA behind them by sealing a comfortable 3-1 win against Udinese tonight.

N’Golo Kante, Raheem Sterling and Mason Mount all scored, but in truth, if it wasn’t for Marco Silvestri or some poor finishing, Chelsea could have won by a lot more.

Kante opened the scoring after a solo run ended with him placing a lovely strike into the far corner.

Sterling then popped up with his first Chelsea goal, although it was a tad fortunate, as his initial shot came back off him and looped over the goalkeeper.

The Italian side pulled one back after a howler from Edouard Mendy and Gerard Deufoleu was the man who got the goal.

The Blues then pushed and pushed in the second half but couldn’t get a third until substitute Callum Hudson-Odoi put one on a plate for Mount.
